CSI is a nonprofit 501(c3) corporation formed in 1993 to provide conflict resolution services and dispute resolution education for our rural, culturally diverse communities in Northern Minnesota.

Mediation is a process for dealing with conflict. A neutral
mediator helps you discuss your situation and explore the options for
resolving your differences. Mediation offers the following advantages:
